For two decades I've run digital across the Caribbean from inside the biggest seats: Executive Director of Digital Transformation & Innovation at Yello Media Group, P&L responsibility for Imagine Digital across 21 markets, and Performance Marketing Manager at Digicel.

I've led the team that launched the first Premier Google AdWords partnership in the Caribbean, won pitches for Heineken (39 countries), Huawei, and Samsung, negotiated the WIX Caribbean partnership, and shipped the largest CRM rollout in Yello's history in three months. My team won Google Caribbean & LATAM Search and Display champion two years running.

On the side, I co-founded Hello Home (renovation & project management) and built AXLR8, Jamaica's first intelligent auto parts marketplace. I've sat on every side of the table: client, consultant, operator, founder.
